Oh no, I've passed nearly 18 months without posting a single entry, this must change. Ok, let me think of something and write something worthwhile, meanwhile, I'm on twitter

New Year, New Possibilities

This mark my first new year being a vegetarian. For all of you, veggies-vegans alike, non-veggies/vegans--whom we are all connected. May I wish a happy new year and a good 2007!

Having spent new years at barbeque parties as "normal dude" for a couple of good year, it seems different somehow this year: all the wines and steaks...the toasts & the-good-food speech are awkwardly reproduced with beans & tempes, fruits & grees, and comments like: "are you sure you're okay?", "are you having enough foods?" or something like: "wow, veggie, how come you still so chubby!?" LOL, It's amusing somehow how people see vegetarians like me are somewhat a miserable counterpart of their perfect normal lives.

This also mark my 10th month going veggie, as well as the first day-of-life of this so called blog of mine, where I hope I can write some thoughts, experiences, sharing, food joints, recipes, happenings & new findings about this vegetarian path within my non-vegetarian place of existence.
